This year due to the ever changing atmosphere of the pandemic, the committee made the hard decision to cancel the in-person event and instead focus on a virtual event. We wanted to ensure that we didn't play the waiting game and made sure we kept members of the community safe. By doing this we are able to out together an event that is accessible by all the students in the school, not just those that participate in the event. We hope that all students, coaches, teachers, parents, and community members are able to look through these materials and keep busy this summer. 

The Kiwanis Diversity Committee wants to thank the various partners and sponsors that help made this virtual event possible. Thank you to Calgary Police Services Diversity Unit and Youthlink for putting together a message for the community. A thank you to the Calvary FC team and staff for sending our community a message, for creating a stage for Canadian athletes , and being role models to us all. To CMSA for the continual sport and donating the soccer balls used to keep the Diversity Cup athletes active this year. Thank you to Kidsport for their work behind the scenes to support the committee with materials and preparation of the event.
